Notification of Abstract Acceptance: June 30th, 2025
Authors will be informed of the acceptance status of their abstracts by June 30th, 2025 via email. Accepted abstracts will be assigned either a poster presentation or an oral presentation based on the reviewers' evaluation. Detailed instructions regarding presentation format, guidelines, and requirements will be provided in the acceptance email.
