Conference Proceedings Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- The abstract should be structured into four sections: Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion, with a total length no longer than 250 words.
- All abstracts must be written in clear, well-structured English with proper grammar and spelling to ensure they are publication-ready.
- Multiple abstract submissions are not allowed.
- Submitted abstracts must be original and unpublished. Any abstract that has been previously published in a journal will not be accepted for this conference.
- All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
- All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
- Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
Abstract Submission Only
- I will only make an abstract submission.
- I am willing to participate in the oral/poster presentation.
Abstract + Full Paper Submission
- I will submit the full paper to the partner journal after my abstract is accepted.
- I am willing to participate in the oral/poster presentation.
