2. Notification of Abstract Acceptance: 25 May 2025
   Authors will be informed of the acceptance status of their abstracts by 25 May 2025 via email. Accepted abstracts will be assigned either a poster presentation or an oral presentation based on the reviewers' evaluation. Detailed instructions regarding presentation format, guidelines, and requirements will be provided in the acceptance email.

3. Early Bird Registration: 25 May 2025 - 15 June 2025
