Information For Authors
Submission Procedure
The 5th IJCNS invites abstract submissions for consideration.
- All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal.
- Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.
- Accepted abstracts will be assigned to either poster or oral presentations based on the reviewers' evaluation.
- An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.
- Authors of accepted abstracts will have the opportunity to submit a full manuscript for potential publication in our partner journals. Full manuscripts will undergo a rigorous review by the 5th IJCNS reviewers. Upon passing this review, the manuscript will be returned to the authors for submission to the designated partner journals (Nurse Media Journal of Nursing; Jurnal Keperawatan Soedirman; Journal of Bionursing; Public Health and Community Medicine).
Abstract Submissions
Abstracts must be submitted online by registering at www.ijcns.id and selecting the "Conference Proceedings Submissions" option on the conference homepage. Step-by-step guidelines for abstract submissions will be provided [here]. There is a template for submission [here].
- The abstract should be structured into four sections: Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion, with a total length no longer than 250 words.
- All abstracts must be written in clear, well-structured English with proper grammar and spelling to ensure they are publication-ready.
- Multiple abstract submissions are not allowed.
- Submitted abstracts must be original and unpublished. Any abstract that has been previously published in a journal will not be accepted for this conference.
Full manuscript submissions
Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be encouraged to submit a full manuscript through www.ijcns.id by selecting the “Conference Proceedings Submissions” option. Step-by-step guidelines for manuscript submissions will be provided [here]. Detailed manuscript writing guidelines for manuscript preparation will be provided based on the specific requirements of our partner journals. These guidelines will outline formatting, structure, and citation styles to ensure compliance with publication standards.
